• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled event will be given odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections will stand.
• Maximum bet limit: Maximum bet limits are set for each event and market. These limits may vary across different events.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are applied to a bet due to a server issue or technical error, 7u77 reserves the right to void that bet.

7u77's bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met.
• Bonus validity: Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. The next bonus can only be claimed once the current one has been completed.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — at least one rollover is required.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in bonus cancellation and action taken against the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u77 platform. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials with others.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or abuse the bonus system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

7u77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

7u77 always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, 7u77's liability is limited in the following situations:

• When the service is unavailable due to internet disruption or technical issues.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• If services are suspended due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

Betting involves inherent risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. 7u77 is not responsible for any funds lost through betting.
